Buggy - wont upload reliably via web-server feature

Compared to the last version, at least the web-server upload doesnt crash every time.
Now when you start the web-server, it seems to start inconsistently - you press the start button, and it doesnt give you the web address in the box below, or it does, but it refuses the connection from my PCs web browser. I finally got it to work once, then twice (out of about 30 attempts). And this was after a fresh uninstall/reinstall. Please fix this!
